A slightly spicy and savoury twist on the classic Tommy’s margarita.

This lush green pepper is normally dried and roasted to make ancho chillies, but we take Ancho Reyes liqueur made with the fresh chilli, add it to El Jimador Blanco tequila with plenty of our house acid blend and organic agave syrup (and a little salt) for a delicious margarita twist.
